Timberbond is a fast setting, water-based adhesive suitable for bonding of various types of moisture sensitive timber in wood flooring applications. It dries to form a strong bond between timbers, and is resistant to normal hygrometric movements of wood and the thermal expansion of substrates. It can be applied smoothly and easily and can be cleaned up with water. Ideal for the bonding of moisture sensitive timber in wood flooring applications, including parquet or mosaic, industrial parquet and floorboards of all types of wood, multi-layer pre-finished parquet of small format. It may be used on cement-based screeds, wooden substrates, shipboard panels, Masonite panels etc.
Vinyl Adhesive is a high-strength, water-based, and easy-to-spread adhesive designed for installing vinyl floor coverings like vinyl planks, vinyl sheets, vinyl tiles etc. onto most types of subfloor surfaces. The adhesive will become tacky and is able to grab resilient vinyl floors, easing installation works especially when the subfloor is not 100% even. Ideal for vinyl plank, vinyl tiles, vinyl wall base, vinyl floor maintenance, PVC backed carpets etc. on common types of subfloor surfaces like concrete, cement sand screeds or underlayment, plywood, hardboard or cement sheet underlays etc.
Universal Vinyl Adhesive is a water-based adhesive designed for bonding most types of commercial and domestic vinyl floor coverings. Repositioning is easy while adhesive is still wet, hence allows longer time for working in large areas. When it is cured, it can withstand normal wet cleaning practices. Ideal for bonding vinyl sheet, PVC backed carpets etc. on common types of subfloor surfaces like concrete, cement sand screeds or underlayment, plywood, hardboard or cement sheet underlays etc.
MS Flooring Adhesive is a one-component wood flooring adhesive formulated with advanced MS Polymer technology. It develops superior early strength for immediate grab, and quickly forms a tenacious but elastic bonding for wood flooring and wall decorative materials. When cured, it is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water. It also reduces moisture vapour transmission from the subfloor, help protecting the wood floors from warping. Its elastic characteristic allows the wood floor to expand and contract without cracking, and deaden floor sound induced by foot traffic.
The non-slump formula enables notched trowel ridges hold firm, bridging gaps between wood flooring and sub floor and reduces floor hollowness problem. Since there is no water or solvent present in the content, it will not cause dimensional changes to wood floor. It is also human and environmentally safe. Ideal for bonding wood floors to concrete, concrete screeds, cement/sand screeds, anhydrite screeds, plywood, cured leveling compounds, epoxy membrane, OSB (underlayment grade), gypsum board, ceramic tiles, stone, terrazzo, radiant heated subfloors, metal decking, steel, aluminium, etc.
Artificial Grass Adhesive is a one-component, MS Polymer adhesive for bonding artificial grass/synthetic turf on various subfloor substrates or joint strips. It is a green product, meeting SCAQMD VOC limit and is recommended for green buildings. It does not contain any solvents (will not damage bonded substrates), water (no glueline shrinkage), or isocyanates (non-hazardous).
