As the Business Development (Product Marketing) Specialist, you will be managing adhesive & sealant portfolio, drives marketing, product training and trials. You will also work closely with our commercial and operational teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and promoting an assigned product portfolio (Adhesive and sealant).
• Work closely with our sales (both local and export) and the technical team on new product development.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities / marketing and presentation materials.
• To provide marketing support, product training and coordinating our Sealant Applicator Training and Certification program.
• Coordinating product trials, testing and qualification.

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or any business discipline.
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing. Those with experience in Adhesive, Sealant, Coating or Waterproofing would be an advantage.
• Team player, result oriented, dynamic, creative and self-driven.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to station in Rawang.
