Human Resource Executive (Compensation & Benefits)
Job Description
As the Human Resource Executive, you are responsible for ensuring HR policies, processes, services, and initiatives are effectively executed in accordance with the Company’s requirements. In addition to this, you will also be providing a pivotal role in supporting the Company’s compensation and benefits processes, especially in the areas of benefits administration, payroll processing and operational-related matters. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with business partners and statutory bodies.
Requirements
Background:

Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in HR is preferred, with hands-on experience in executing payroll processes using HRMS, preferable in manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skill:

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) applications.

Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
Personal trait:

Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
