V-tech’s Management Associate Program (Commercial Track) is a 6-month rapid development program that focuses on developing business-related skills and knowledge for fresh graduates. You will be rotated to various departments and functions within the Company, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and operation. You will enhance your stakeholder management skills, and gain a robust understanding towards our business and operations. Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from our leaders, and are given the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives.

• Fresh graduates with any field studies from recognised universities, with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.

• A proven leader with active involvement in co-curriculum activities in the university/college level.

• Resourceful, independent, self-motivated and a great team player.

• Possess leadership qualities, a pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills.
