Bitumen Emulsion Coating
|
Description:
A dark-brown water-based bitumen emulsion.
It will dries into a black coating that
is flexible,odor and taint free. It features
micro porous-breathes to stop blistering,
high temperature stability and no re-emulsification
in water. It is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial
and free of toxic components. It is effective
in reducing "oncrete cancer" carbonation,
spelling and soleplate attack. |
 Applications:
General damp-proofing: concrete,
brick, bitumen & mastic asphalt membranes,
asbestos cement, slates, tiles, lead copper,
zinc, corrugated iron and similar surfaces.
Wet area waterproofing: toilet, kitchen,
balconies, walls, planter box, insulation
protection etc.
Metal protection: against
pipe corrosion, structural steelwork, gutting
and down pipes, shed walls water tanks,
troughs, metal fence posts, garden frames
windmill frames, drums, outdoor machinery
and other metallic equipments.

Elastomeric Coating |
Description:
A ready to use, acrylic based elastomeric
coating for joint-less sealing of roofs
and other substrates with a lot of crack
and water seepage. It is solvent free, flexible,
weather resistant, UV resistant, impervious
to water. 
It can be sprayed and is with good thixotropic
properties thus suitable for vertical surface
applications (e.g. wall).
Applications: Well-suited
for repair of various types of roofs with
lots of crack and water seepage, and other
areas prone to weathering. It offers excellent
long term protection against weathering
damages for concrete, screeds, wood, metal,
composite fiberboard, foam board and other
substrates.

Description:
A superior quality waterproofing copolymer
latex (carboxylated stylene butadiene resin, SBR)
with a blend of special auxiliary chemicals.
It is a water base dispersion of SBR which will
substantially improve the performance of concrete
and mortars used for repairs, floor toppings and
renders in building and construction industry.
By carefully selecting the proportions of cement,
sand, water and SBR, it will be ideal for bonding
of tiles as well as natural stone, marble, granite,
slate and ceramic tiles onto concrete, plaster,
concrete block, fibre cement sheet, particle board,
old ceramic tiles etc. |
 Applications:
Flooring Systems: from underlayments
to the tough industrial screeds.
Concrete Repair: general repair
of old building, patch repairs, floors, reinforced
concrete, etc.
Primer/Bond Coats and Protective Coatings: enhance

Description:
A semi-flexible cement based of two components
polymer modified waterproof coating. It is formulated
with specially selected and graded fine quartz
and high quality polymer to create brushable,
smooth slurry with excellent bond and adhesion
to most substrates.
It seals pores voids and cracks of substrates
and yet provides a breathable coating which allows
water vapor transmission. |
