 VT-210 / VT-210S HIGH PERFORMANCE SEALANT

Description : A one component, high performance, 100% neutral cure silicone sealant formulated to give superior adhesion and durability in a wide range of glazing, weather sealing and trade applications. It has excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, and many cleaning detergents and solvents.
Applications : Well-suited for sealing metal lap joints in roofing, guttering and cladding applications. It will bond to form a strong weatherproof seal on most common building materials such as aluminum, galvanized and zinc-coated steel, painted surfaces, glass, brick, and concrete. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Description : A one component, non-slumping high performance, 100% neutral cure silicone sealant formulated with calcium carbonate filler system. It gives superior adhesion and durability in a wide range of glazing, weather sealing and trade applications. It has excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation, Vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, and many cleaning detergents and solvents.
Applications : Well-suited for a strong weatherproof seal on most common building materials such as aluminum, galvanized and zinc-coated steel, painted surfaces, glass, brick, and concrete. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Description : A one component, paintable and flexible, mildew resistant acrylic sealant formulated for sealing of gaps and joints where slight movement or vibration causes conventional, non-elastic fillers and putties to crack and fall out. It had good adhesion to most porous surfaces without primer and is economy yet environmental friendly that can be cleaned up with water.
Applications : General Glazing: Wood, concrete, marble, glass, plastic etc. DIY Applications: Gutters, joints around door and windows, skylights, air-conditioning system etc. Energy Saving Applications : Seal air draft around air-conditioner. Ideal for cargo container and cabin applications.

VT-228 FIRE RETARDANT SEALANT
4 Hours Fire Rating / Smoke, Fume and Water Resistant / Easy Clean Up with Water |

Description : A one component, highly qualified, acrylic based firestop sealant that provides movement capability in fire rated joint applications. The product will transfer into a foam above 200℃ and it complies to fire rating specifications of BS 476: part 20: 1987. The product is almost odor free and is not corrosive towards metals. After application the product forms a tough plastic elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.
Applications : Especially for indoor joints where high demands are to be met as a fire resistant seal:
- Joints in fire retardant constructions in buildings, houses and ships.
- Perimeter pointing around door & window frames, concrete & brickwork.
- Joints between walls & cellings.
- Joints around pipe and cable work.
- Joint dimensions do have effect on the fire retarding properties. The deeper the joints are sealed the
better the fire retarding properties.
- In general, the product will show good adhesion without a primer on building materials like concrete,
brickwork, painted wood, anodised aluminum and uPVC.

Description : A one component, VOC compliant to The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulation, paste like construction adhesive sealant formulated to bond a variety of common construction materials. It has strong initial grab, superior adhesion and will not slump on vertical surfaces. It is suitable for heavy duty general construction, remodeling, maintenance and repair projects.
Applications : Ideal for bonding of skirting boards of wood and PVC, particleboard, masonry, aluminum, galvanized iron, steel, concrete, fibrous cement sheeting, wall brick, concrete and flooring paneling.

Description : A one component, water-based, Low VOC Panel Adhesive with good initial grab. It is fast curing to form a durable high strength bond. It is paintable and ideal for general purpose construction applications.
Applications : Ideal for bonding and sealing of common building materials such as metals (including aluminum), ceramic tiles, soft and hard woods, plasterboard, stone, brick and masonry. It can also bond non porous substrates like Glass, Metal, Plastics etc. Typical applications include adhering wall panels, repair of ceramic tiles, installation of battens or other fixings to brick, masonry or concrete walls.
