Superior Adhesion Fast Curing Good Green Strength
Description: A one component, moisture cure, high modulus polyurethane sealant formulated for windscreen bonding applications. It has superior bonding strength. It is solvent and silicone free, and is compatible with most industrial paints. It has excellent resistance to weathering, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, and many cleaning detergents and solvents.

Applications: Specially formulated for windscreen bonding applications. It has high green strength thus suitable for glass bonding in trains and coachwork.

Description: VT-843 is a blue color, all purpose, medium strength threadlocker formulated for locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It locks bolts and nuts up to 20mm diameter, preventing loosening due to vibration, and sealing against leakage and corrosion. It can work on lightly oiled surface and is chemical resistant, resisting fuels, lubricants and most industrial liquid and gases.

Applications: Replaces lock washers and plastic insert. Locks machine tool access bolts, nuts and hydraulic system bolts. Used on gear box bolts / driveshaft, bearing cover cap screws, counter sunk screws, conveyor roller. It is also ideal for bolts on valve and cam covers, oil pans, disc brake calipers, intakes, alternators and pullet assemblies.
